Valuations going into 2Q25 earnings reports
REITs are slightly higher this month (XRE +1.5% since 6/30). In addition to normal company updates, I will be watching these issues:

H&R: Strategic review
Artis: Cominar sale or recapitalization
Morguard REIT: Liquidity and 2026 debenture maturity
Dream Residential: Strategic review
